We can manage the entire project from the initial survey, plans and structural calculations through planning and Building Control to construction and final completion.

We will start with a visit to your home to discuss your requirements and what we can achieve. We will explain how our process works, answer any queries you may have and do a basic survey.
Within 7 days of our initial visit, we will provide you with a full itemised proposal for your project, clearly setting out the works and associated costs. We can also provide references and details of past and present projects for you to view.
Once instructed, our surveyor will arrange a full survey of your property and take all measurements required to prepare your working drawings. These will be sent to you for approval and any amendments before progressing with structural calculations and any Planning or Building Control applications required.
We will instruct the scaffolding (if required for a loft conversion) to begin and arrange for the delivery of skips, portaloos, and plant, and get underway with the groundworks, build, and construction of your project.
We will have regular discussions and updates to make sure you have all you require throughout the process. Should you decide on any changes whilst the project progresses, we will notify you in advance at major stages anytime there may be disruption to your everyday living, e.g. ceilings to come down for stairs, walls to be knocked through or any changes to plumbing or electrical works.
Please note: any variations or additional works will only come from yourself, the client, or building control (Local Authority) and any additional costs from this will be agreed upon, by you, before the additional work is carried out so there are no unexpected costs at the end of your project. Any additional work will be signed for on a variations sheet for both parties.
We will remove all plants from the site and leave it clean and tidy, and arrange for any completion certificates (Gas, Electrical, Building Control Completion Certificates) to be registered and made available.
