We act as the Main Contractor on all our new build projects so all sub-contractors working on the project are employed by us, all materials are sourced and supplied by us direct to site and site supervision is conducted by us along with regular visits from the Local Authority Building Control Officer.

Changing regulations are requiring ever increasing use of new /green technologies and we have a very knowledgeable and experienced team to ensure the most effective and economical use of the equipment.

As main Contractor we also provide scaffolding, access plant and welfare facilities for general use on site.

Compliance with the latest Health & Safety regulations on every site is paramount and we, along with the local authority and Zurich Guarantees surveyors will continually monitor the project, all contractors and their workforce will be issued with a copy of our Health & Safety and Welfare regulations 2010 prior to commencement on site.
